Callout to PSTN issue

Hi

I meet the trouble about the gateway connected to T1-PRI. My gateway is Vg200 which is MGCP mode. the IOS version is 12.2(15)T5.

Recently, my users said that they listen some slightly cracking sound and underwater voice during the call.On the other hand, some calls may be dropped.

I have reboot the gateway but the problem can not be solved.

The problem happens about 1 week.

Do you have any suggestion ?

Hi

Did you meet the problem about voice call? e.g garbled voice, Hissing, Static and Clipping.

I have find a document about this problem. But I can't find any suggestion or default value parameter can solve the problem.

Who can know this parameter ?
