CALLS GOING TO AA

Dear Community,

I am trying to make a call from a CME to a CUCM platform. Calls to all other extensions in the CUCM from CME branch are going through.However when i dial a particular extension number(100),for some reason the call goes to AA. The calls have been working fine so far. Attached are the debugs of when the call was made from CME to CUCM.

Can someone interpret the debugs?Thank you.

This is an obvious question, but have you checked to make sure the DN isn't actually forwarded to voice mail (forward all voice mail check box not checked on the line)?

If it hasn't been manually forwarded, what happens when you call the DN from CUCM (not from the remote CME site)? Does the phone ring or go to voice mail?
