Can not add or delete or display user information

I have call manager 3.2 (2c)spH. When I am trying to browse the global directory I am getting the error "Couldn't create user object.[object Error] : ". Can someone pinpoint the issue? I will apprecaite for any suggestion.

You may want to try fixing DC Directory
