Can u proxy call between two LOCAL zones on Gatekeeper?

Is it possible to proxy a call between two local zones on a Gatekeeper?

So if you had for example, an h323 gateway registered with the gatekeeper in the local zone "zone1" and another h323 gateway registered with this same gatekeeper in the local zone "zone2", can calls between the "zone1" h323 gateway and the "zone2" h323 gateway be proxied?

Or does proxy require TWO gatekeepers to function correctly? Thanks in advance for any help.........
