Cisco Conference Connection
Version - 1.2(2), 1.2(2) SR2

---------------------------------------------
Conference Scheduling Failed
---------------------------------------------
Your attempt to schedule this conference has been cancelled.
- If you were scheduling a repeated conference then there is no resource available
for any instance of this conference.
- If you were scheduling a single conference then there is no resource available
for this conference.
Please try the following
- Reschedule the conference for a different time.
- Reduce the number of participants allowed into the Conference.
- The info button may provide a link to alternate Cisco Conference Connection
server(s)
However this is not the Case and we get the following error message which does not
make any sense ..
cannot find template " resourceerror "
I am not sure if the template is not being copied over if it exists and we are able
to execute it. I searched for resourceerror and the template I found was
helpresourceerror.tem. I am not sure if this is the correct template it looks for.
We need to figure out why the system is not able to find this template.
To workaround this follow step 5 as per this link below
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps752/products_admini
stration_guide_chapter09186a00800e0f13.html#1025589
which says -
Step 5 Check the Cisco Conference Connection license keys and update them if
necessary.
This is what happens during the install ...
1. Upgrade from 1.2(1) to 1.2(2).
2. The upgrade to 1.2(2) reverts the licensed ports back to the default 6.
3. Now schedule a conference for more than 6 or any for the fact and this error
message above is displayed.
Update on 2/5/04
If you have this problem, you can download and install
CCC1.2(2) SR1 to fix it.
