Cannot find template 'resourceerror'

in CCC, Cisco Conference Connection, when trying to add a conf. or modify one. I'm getting this error. ( Cannot find template 'resourceerror' )

Please advise if you found a solution for this error. I didn't yet found anything...

whichc version of CCC are you using?,Try upgrading it
