Does Catalyst 2950 range switches support IP Telephony features ?

Yes,
All cat 2950 support IP telephony.
I can give you the correct conf to deploy IP phones and ATA's on cat 2950.
But remember that the cat 2950 is a layer 2 switch.
To have a correct conf to ip tele and data network, you must buy an layer 3 switch or router to route voice and data networks on an lan.

Well good news for you guys then. The 2950 is layer 3 and layer 4 aware for QoS !! It is NOT a layer 2 only device. Check it out !
