When I load a TCL application using call application voice, here is what I see on the console:
ccappmib: insertion error. duplicate name xxxxxxx
(C3660-JSX-M), Version 12.2(2)T1
Any ideas?

You might be running into bug id# CSCds55223 so upgrading to a newer IOS should help.
