CCM 3.3 (2) - Service Pack 4 for BARS 4.0(6) ?

I am trying to install BARS 4.0(6). It wants me to install windows service pack 4. Can I pick this up from Microsoft's site? Where can I get this on Cisco's site?

I haven't seen Windows SP4 download in Cisco site. I think you can use the one in Microsoft site itself.
