CCM 3.3.3 Phone Usage Report?? HELP

Im being asked if I can pull a report that shows phone usage (ip phones). How many times phones are used to answer a call or call out... The intent is to look at utilization of all phones and possibly redeploy or return to inventory phones that are rarely used... As far as reporting, we have only the standard CAR/CDR utility that comes with ccm. I know I can run some sort of usage report on a per phone basis I think, but any easy way of doing a report on all? Thanks!!

I export the CDR data directly from the SQL database on the CallManager to an Access database monthly. Any Access guru/gura worth his/her salt can then provide any report you want. You could also export the Access table to an Excel worksheet for even easier analysis. (If it can't be done in Excel, it's not worth doing, I say.) Search CCO for "Call Detail Record Definition" for your CCM release for guidance.
