CCM 3.3 and MLA 1.2.2

Hi, I have CCM 3.3(3) using MLA 1.2(2), i can logon with the ccmadministrator user but when trying to access the 'configur MLA parameters' or other access rights menus i have the following message:'An error occurred while the page was loading

Couldn't initialize LDAP connection Check "Directory Base" in "MLA Enterprise Parameter Configuration" page

Does anyone faced this before, please advice.

Check you have installed as per the below URL

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/3_2/admin_gd/index.htm

ALso check for the ntwdblib.dll, replace with older version from sql 7 sp4 may help.
