CCM 4.0.2a and Tandberg Videoterminal 1000

Hi, I have CCM 4.0.2a and purchased four Tandberg Videoterminal 1000. Haw to add this SCCP device to be visible in CCM. I found on cisco cco that I should in "Add a Phone Device" choose SCCE Video Endpoint or Tandberg Video Endpoint but in my CCM this is not available (I can't choose this). What I missed during installing CCM ? What can be done to solve this problem ?

Hello, If you have purchased the tandberg licensed to use with SCCP, you should have a plugin to install it at the Call Manager (contact with your Tandberg distributor).

With this plugin you'll see the Tandberg Video Endpoint at the "Add a Phone Device" menu.
