CCM 4.02 AD Integration Unable to Add users...

I have just installed a 4.02 cluster with the AD directory plugin. I have enabled the registry Key DIRACCESS =TRUE

and restarted services / rebooted however I tells me "Error

The following error occurred while trying to load the requested page.

The phone administrator is currently not allowed to add or delete users."

I am also unable to update other user settings for existing users...

Hi Jeff,

Check also the DirectoryConfiguration.ini file

and look for DIRACCESS=TRUE

Verify that the account you configured has enough permissions to add users under the OU configured.

What AD you are using W2K or 2003.

Thanks Its working now!

Its a windows 2000 Directory. The INI file had the setting. I added it again in all caps... I also re installed the plugin and rebooted so Im not sure which one did it...
