Hi
CCM 4.1(2),CRA 3.3(5),Auto Attendant
Auto Attendant plays the welcome message when DID no is dialed and request 1 to press for the extension,
After pressing 1 it prompts to dial the extension and also press # to end the DN
How to # key prompt so that user only dials the extension no and the call is being routed..

The hash key is required to indicate that the dialled digits are over. Am not sure if there is another way to configure it. You could may be try if the interdigit timout could be used as an indicator for the end of the digits.

Using CRA Editor software the # prompt can be eliminated.
In CRA Editor, call flow will be present which has to be edited and customized according to the requirement of the customer.
