CCM 4 or 3.34

Is CCM 3.34 actually CCM 4 or they are different? I didn't see any document about version on the website yet.

They are different products. CCM 4 was shipped with a lot of new features. It was quickly pulled back with some problems and is now only available to a few costomers. 3.3.4 came out after as a maintenence release to 3.3.3 and adds a few of the 4.x features . Don't install 3.3.4 if you plan on deploying 4.0.1 later. Once 3.3.4 is installed, the upgrade would require 4.0.2.

Slight correction to the upgrade path. In 3.3(4), CMC and FAC have been introduced. These features do not exist in 4.0(1). Therefore any users running 3.3(4) with CMC and/or FAC will lose these features if they upgrade to 4.0(1). That is the issue with this specific upgrade path. Therefore if you are running 3.3(4) and are not using CMC and/or FAC you will have no issues upgrading to 4.0(1).

Also there are features in 3.3.4 that are not in 4.0.1!!!!

Such as account code dialing.

Also if you have IPCC enterprise (not express) you can't go to 4.X yet as it doesn't work.
