I think you are asking about Route Patterns in Callmanager. Typical U.S. Dial Plan for Cisco CallManager 3.x and 4.x http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080094b2a.shtml

nope, I want config a access code to a user

user1

ext-number: 2000

access code number: 51234

user2

ext-number: 2001

access code number: 61234

when user1 want call to pstn(cellphone, international), then the user1 must enter a access code number first

hi,

i think FAC (Forced Authentication Code)is the thing you search for

look at

As alex has mentioned, you would need to configure FAC. Basically you enable the FAC on the route pattern. So as and when the user use the route pattern to dial out, he will be played a short beep. During that time, he needs to enter the FAC code and if its correct, he will be allowed to go through. There are however some limitation and restriction.Check the link, which alex has given.

Thanks
