Hi ALL,
The PBX can config access code for calling to PSTN easy. However, I don't see the feature on CCM.
pls help in this case.

nope, I want config a access code to a user
user1
ext-number: 2000
access code number: 51234
user2
ext-number: 2001
access code number: 61234
when user1 want call to pstn(cellphone,international), then the user1 must enter a access code number first

As alex has mentioned, you would need to configure FAC. Basically you enable the FAC on the route pattern. So as and when the user use the route pattern to dial out, he will be played a short beep. During that time, he needs to enter the FAC code and if its correct, he will be allowed to go through. There are however some limitation and restriction.Check the link,which alex has given.
