CCM error message

Hi,

Can somebody help me with error message in the callmanager.

"The Collect Procedure for the "wfavvid" service DLL. "C:\\ProgramFiles\wfavvid\WFCCNPerfwin32collector.dll generated an exception or returned an invalid status.Performed data returned by counter DLL will not be returned in PerfData Block.Exception or status code is data DWORD0."

After many times of occurence with this error message,almost all of IP Phones will unregister from the call manager.

These messages indicate that the Agent Desktop lost connectivity with the CRS server. This is typically the result of a network outage. Could you please check if you having any problem with the network too.

Thanks a lot!Yes,during that time my VLAN in core switch goes down-up.There was a very high CPU utilization though we're having HSRP with load balancing.
