Hi,
CCM: 3.1
Could anyone experience that the Pub CCM service stopped suddenly (just CallManager Service in control centre). Any idea?
the application error is showed below

Hi
Could u anayalze the detailed ccm and sdl traces for the time when this error was genertaed in the App log .The app log gives u the time and also tells u about the node id as well ,which is the ccm server ,so u could gather these traces from there and start looking in that those and check what caused this crash.

I have not started any trace, but watched the Dr watson log and noticed the fault information about ccm.exe

Could anyone know the meaning of the fault information?
