CCM Upgrade not working

Hi all,

We have two CCM 4.0(1)servers running on MCS platform. We upgraded the publisher to CCM 4.1(2) using the web download but when we tried to upgrade the subscriber the subscriber simply broke down. We commenced a new installation of 4.0(1) on the subsriber but now it gives the error that CCM version on publisher in not the same as CCM version running on the subscriber.

CCM 4.1.2(Publisher)

CCM 4.0.1(Subsriber) - Trying to install CCM 4.0.1 this server

Any ideas as how to install the subscriber having version 4.0.1 when the publisher has version 4.1.2.

To make this work, you will need CD's for 4.1.2. You cannot install a subscriber using different version of software than the publisher is running.

Also, the web download upgrade should be used to go from 4.0.2a to 4.1.2. An upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.1.2 is not on the supported upgrades for callmanager.
