You can not configure it. It differentiates it already. Outside calls simply plays the ringer wave file twice in short succession. For inside calls it plays only once. Iif the ringer is a long one (like the jazz sound, or classic), you'll have to wait out the whole wave file (max 2 sec) to work out if it is an internal or external call.....
