Failed to enable port 3/8.

What is the light status for the blade?

Same issue in all ports?

Does the T1 port already have an IP address (DHCP or static)

Have you tried to power cycle just the card?

If you change the module to a different slot same issue?

Somewhere in the process of resetting the module and

disable and enable the port the problem cleared. It

appears to be working now. I had already done it once, but this time it worked.
