Does CCM support non-IOS MGCP devices? If so where are they configured?
For example I have a non-Cisco router with MGCP support, I would like to get it to talk to CCM.
Also the 7940/7960 supports MGCP but I can't see an MGCP option on CCM.
Thanks,
Chris

Non-IOS MGCP devices that are suppored in CallManager are 6608 & 6624 blades. Other routers with MGCP are not supported as CM database doesn't have information about them.
CM supports only Skinny (SCCP) for 7940/60 phones.

I think the MGCP and SIP versions of 7960/7940 are for other call-agents (third party) that wants to use Cisco IP Phones...YOu have to buy separate licenses also for using them...
