CCM4.1(3)sr3b playback of ring tones

I have CCM 4.1(3)sr3b

When I try to play the ringtones I need to press the play button multiple times to hear it. Almost like the play button doesnt work but is on all phones.

Anybody run ito this or better have a fix?

Yea, i am facing the same issue.But in my scenario the CCM is on remote side and i guess this is the cause.

I am local are your local users working?

Just gets worse as you scroll down the list on the phone.

I have a local server configured in the lab, on that its working fine.
