... but only call forward busy and no answer. if you change these values, then hit Update, the phone resets! This interrupts users if they are using an XML app or accessing the directories.
has anyone else seen this? to my mind it's a bug.

Hi,
Did you installed 4.1(2) sr1 in the meantime?
Also, if using 7.1(1) on the phone - make sure you go for 7.1(2)!
Lastly: does this occur only on a single phone? What model?

sr1 was just installed and it still happens.
also, occurs on 7960, 7940 and 7912, with latest loads.
has no one else seen this? just press your directories button, then change call forward busy on the call manager, click update, and the screen flickers and the directory page is gone!

Yes, here too 4.1(2)sr1 on OS-2000-7-sr1
1. I pushed directory button on my 7940
2. I changed the Call Forward Busy Internal field for
my phone to another value and clicked update.
3. 7940 flickers one time and directory page is gone.
