We have been successful with integrating CCM and our corporate ldap directory, however when we try to log into ccmuser we get the "cannot be authenticated" message. We are using CCM 3.1.(2c). I've seen some posts about AD and CCMuser not working (same cannot authenticate message), I am guessing it is the same problem, but I have not seen any resolutions. Perhaps there are none, but I thought I would check. Has any one had any success with this?
