Dear all,
I am using CCM5.1. I am generating the Call Report daily through CDR Management.
But Last two days I could not generate the Call Report. Bcz. When I am going to generate the report..It s showing a Meesage Like Below
" Data is not available for selected range.Data is availabe only for Aug'03 to Sep, 26.2008
When We are assigned following Description in CDR Database:
Used CAR database space: 7.53 %
Maximum CAR database space: 6075.76171875 Mega Bytes
LWM and HWM apply only when CAR Purge is enabled
Low Water Mark 65 70 75 80 85 %
High Water Mark 70 75 80 85 90 %
Min Age of Call Detail Records * 30 Day(s)
Max Age of Call Detail Records * 60 Day(
So Plz Help me as soon as possible to resolve this problem

Have you upgraded to 5.1 from 4.x recently?

Just to add, various other NetPro members have discussed similar issues before for CAR (for CCM 5.x and 6.x) which may be relevant.
