We have a CUCM 10.5.2 cluster. This cluster was upgraded some time ago from 8.6. We are trying to change the Email ID in the Certificate Monitor, but when we do so we get an error stating that "The certificate monitor settings could not be updated."
The Certificate Change Notification and the Certificate Expiry Monitor services are both running (although, to be thorough, I've tried it when they weren't running too).
What I'm wondering is whether I've hit bug CSCvg21257 and if the fix mentioned there will work for us. I realize that the affected release is 12.X, but it seems a lot like what we're seeing. I can verify that there have been no changes to the Certificate Monitor settings since well before the upgrade.
Does anyone have any insight?

I would say TAC time based on both those Bug IDs.

Yeah, I agree. I'll post the outcome.

It turns out it was the same bug. We had to get Cisco to log in as root and make the adjustment.
