CFwdAll Failure/CallManager Administration failure

Hello, I'm running callmanager 3.3.3 SR3 with I OS patch 2-5 sr5. Twice now, the receptionist has come in in the morning and unable to take her phone off of call forward all. When she presses the button it just gives dialtone. At this point when I try to get into the callmanager admin page, I can't get in. It gives me "Page cannot be displayed". If I stop the callmanager service and try to restart it, it fails to start and gets hung in the starting state. A reboot has been the only way to correct the issue. I found this bug (CSCdx73743) but it doesn't say anything about the callmanager admin page not working. Any thoughts or help is much appreciated.

You can try restarting the IIS Admin Service. It works for me to solve the "Page cannot be displayed" problem.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I wonder if it goes deeper than IIS, like a SQL or a DC Directory issue. The first time it happened, I did try restarting IIS and it stopped ok but then hung on me when I tried starting it back up. I rebooted and problem solved. This last time (yesterday) I was able to successfully stop and restart IIS but it didn't resolve my issue. Phone still couldn't be taken off call forward and CallManager Admin could not be reached. I tried stopping the callmanager service and restarting it but it failed to start again. I rebooted and problem was again solved... for now anyway. I'm hoping to get a more permanent resolution that having to reboot the callmanager every week or even stopping and starting IIS every week isn't really acceptable either. This installation has been in for a while now, since the end of 2003 and we haven't had any issues. This happened the first time on 04/22/04 and then again yesterday 04/29/04. If anyone has any insight on this then please let me know. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
