CFwdAll not activating correctly

We have several phones (7060's and 40's) that when the CFwdALL button is pressed, the screen flashes like call forwarding was turned off, and it returns to the phone's home screen. No call forwarding can be set from the set. It can be set from the user and admin pages though. Also, onces set, it takes a couple of tries to turn it off. I can clear teh setting, and have to set it again, and the clear it before it will 'stick'.

All the sets that do not work, used to. There had been no major changes to ANYTHING, no software updates, nothing.

Try restarting the cisco database layer monitor service on your callmanagers. Also, here are a couple of bugs to look at.

Also, I think it will be fine, but check SQL replication.

Yep, thats it. Restarting the DBL services didn't do it, so we rebooted the Pub and Sub.

Worked fine after that.
