I can get the intercom to work per the documentation but is there a way to set it up so that the "called" end of the intercom is not automatically on mute. I want the person to be able to just talk and not have to press a key or pick up the handset.

Anyone know how to change the display 'External Call' that comes up when you are prompted to enter the client matter code for Forced Authorization Codes? I'd like to change it from 'External Call' to 'Enter Client Code#' if that will not cause issue...
