Change default dial, busy tones on CallManager

I would like to change the default tones (dial, busy, ringback,...) on CallManager (3.0 or above).

What is the way to do it?

There is no way to create your own tones, but CM 3.2 does ship with other tones for internationalization, they are specific to the country that you select.
