Change IP Phone from SIP image to Skinny

Hi there

I found an 7960 IP phone in some test kit we have in a lab (Great!).

When it boots up it's got a SIP image on (Ahhh!).

There should be a way to convert it back to a Skinny image - the question is just how?

I hope I don't have to throw the SIP 7960 in the bin.
