Change ip phone logo...

Hi,

I want to change the logo present on the screen of the ip phone 7920.

I made my logo and converted it with the tool bmp2logo but after I must to modify the Cisco IP Phone Profile file.

What is this Cisco IP Phone Profile file ? Where is it stored ?

Hi

Are you going to do this on only one IP Phone ?

You can manually configure your IP Phone to get its configuration file from a TFTP server installed on any PC where you can place the config file and the logo file, so this way there's no need to touch your phone config files on the CCM.

Please let me know if you need further information.

I did this some months ago writing my own XML config file for a 7960 IP phone and it worked Ok.

I need to do this for all my 7912 ip phones. I put my logo file in the folder "TFTPPath" of my CallManager and I put a config file, that I made, in the folders "TFTPPath" and the folder of the language.

When I reboot the phone, they are blocked.

Can you give me your config file ? I could have made a mistake...

Yes I would like to deploy it first on one phone, and then if it looks well, deploy it enterprise wide. Could you should me how to do this?
