Change Max Calls/Busy Trigger Default

My Max Calls/Busy Trigger default to 4/2 I want the default to be 2/1. Is there a way to change the defaults on this setting? I would also like to change the default on the external number mask.

Unfortuantly, I have beenr eading that document and can not find the answer in it. Is the default Max Busy/Trigger preset in the phone load? If so how would I change it?

I just hate to change it everytime I add a phone.
