My Max Calls/Busy Trigger default to 4/2 I want the default to be 2/1. Is there a way to change the defaults on this setting? I would also like to change the default on the external number mask.
Is there a way in CM 4.0 to auto-populate the corporate directory? I am not look forward to manually entering in 800 users phone information.
