change the places of pickup and new call soft buttons

The client says that pickup property is widely used but they dont want to pick up the call in 2 steps. He wants to see pickup button instead of the new call button on the LCD screen of 7940/60. Is it possible in 7940/60 ?

This will be possible in 3.3 with softkey templates.

Unfortunately this isn't possible with earlier release.
