Changing the music for the IP phone hold button

I wish to inquire how could we change the music on the IP phone hold button. When the IP phone hold button is pressed, the other party always hears one music, i wish to know if this on hold music can be changed to something else.

Drop new MP3 or WAVE MOH Files in the

C:\Cisco\DropMOHFileshere Folder. The System will autoconverted them in the MOH Format. But don´t do it in buisiness houres because the CPU Prozesses are 100%. Later you can add the new audiosources on CCM in the System/Mediaressource Folder.
