Change the "please wait" greeting

How do I change the "Please wait while I transfer your call" greeting? Specifically, I want to paste a custom greeting in its place, but I am not sure where to do it at. <br><br>

Changing prompts is not supported. Prompts are used in several locations and changing one may have undesired results. With that said, all you would need to do is find the wav file and replace it with the new one you want to use.
