Changing Subscriber extention from 3 digit to 4

I have a customer who has 400 users and initially built the subscriber accounts as 3 digit extention's and would like to change them to 4.

Any suggestions on the best way to handle this.

What version of Unity?

bulkEdit will let you change extension numbers if there's a pattern to this (i.e. prepending a "7" onto everyone's extension or the like). If you're on 4.0(x) I believe CUBI (The bulk Import utility) will let you change user data (including extension) from a CSV input file.
