Check packet Lost from AS5400 GW

Hi , We are using AS5400 gateways for our VOIP traffic,but our one of carrier saying they are receiving packet lost but others are ok,how we can check the packetlost from my GW .kadams

Thankx,we don't use callmanger .i am trying to start use callmanger, MGCP .can you provide any solution until start configure callmanger.can you advise me how we can start use callmanger.
