ALL the configuration you need, is outlined in the Jabber guides, if you haven't, I suggest you thoroughly review them, all available on cisco.com

How long??

Depends on what features you will deploy, full UC??? IM only?? Phone mode??

The VM config is exactly the same as any other endpoint, no differences at all. You simply add it via the service profile if you wish to use the tab.

Office 365, exactly what???

Hi,

Based on your organization requirements you might need these features. You enable them in jabber-config.xml and upload the new file to CUCM. After restarting TFTP service the file will be delivered to each new user on login.

-is 24 hours enough  for  install servers, configure, and roll out 120 users?

Yes, 24 hours is probably twice the time anyone would ever need to do that, even if doing it manually.

Depends on your environment, the Jabber documentation covers LDAP integration, it depends on what you need/want

Yes, you usually want contact photo, but not mandatory

Orca, depends on what you want to customize, you might do the same with SRVs or the .xml

.xml, depends on what you need
