Does anyone have experience integrating CallManager with Nortel's CallPilot unified messaging system. Is it feasible? If so, what are the noted caveats? Seem to be having trouble locating any documentation on this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The only integration is SMDI, which involves an async serial cable between the COM ports of the two systems.
I don't know if this is just rumor/hearsay, but at one point I remember hearing that CallPilot stopped supporting integrations with CallManager. I don't know if that means they stopped supporting all SMDI connections, or just ones to CallManager.
Not trying to spread bad information, I just wanted to mention this.

Thanks Dave. Spoke to the CallPilot guy on this project and he replies with "what's SMDI?"--riiiggghht.
Seems to me that if SMDI is supported that integrating with CallManager wouldn't be an issue. What are the differentiators between SMDI interfaces for CallManager & other vendors?
If there really is no SMDI support from CallPilot, what other options could there be?
Thanks again. I'll update you if I find out anything.

SMDI would be the only option I know of that might work. SMDI (Simple Message Desk Interface) is a standard amongst voicemail and PBX vendors.
SMDI is a Telcordia (formerly BellCore) standard. Number TR-NWT-000283 - Simplified Message Desk Interface (SMDI)Generic Requirements
