Cisco CallManager 3.3

I need to obtain printouts of the database/s within my ccm but I do not know how to do it, this is the first time I have to do this. There doesn't seem to be a function within ccm to allow me to go to a menu, open up a database and print it all that's in there. What is the easiest way to do this?

You can use user > global directory to list out all users .

You can use the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT). It will not show you any of the route plan information. The database in callmanager has several tables with foriegn keys. Unless you know SQL well, it won't be of much use to you. Finally, user information (including device association) is the LDAP store that you are using with callmanager. Can you be more specific about why you need printouts of the database? If you need to backup all the information, you should use BARS 4.0.7.
