Cisco Customer Response

IVR ver 2.2.5.

I have serious problems with the scheme dial pattern.

Users call number phone root and IVR response saying:

Welcome a "my bussines", press one if you know the extension, immediately the four digit from extension destination.Press two for send to Fax. Press three for talk with the operator.

The dial pattern begins with 2000 and 3000.

The user omit listen the options from IVR and press immediately the extension; When omit and press immediately the extension for example "3100", this goto option 3 and the result is talk with the operator. This result undesirable.

I need know how delimitate this sequence, maybe with end-press for example press button # but disclaim how. Any help will be received.

Thanks for your help, and i sorry by my english.

In the Play Prompt step, that plays your welcome greeting, under the Prompt tab, select Barge-In to No. Under Input tab, select Flush Buffer to Yes. That way, the caller will have to listen to the options, and will know that they have to press 1 before dialing an extension. This could be one solution for you.
