Hello,
I would like to find out what DVR expander is compatible with Cisco Explorer 8642HDC. Our local Time Warner Cable in Hawaii is not able to provide this information. They said that the eSATA port is enabled but not the USB port at the back of the set top unit. The only advice TWC could provide me was to do a trial and error for different hard drives. Any information you could give me on expanding the recording space would be appreciated.
