When the phone got a power supply from the adapter, the programmable button light up moving from the top to bottom in sequence repeated and the headset button light up. I tried factory reset by connected to the power adapter then pressing # while in the power up cycle until amber light up and press 123456789*0#, but then the programmable light on from top to bottom rolled up and down again same as the symptom above without going further to factory reset process.
Please advice how to get my IP phone setting working.
