Hi All

Could someone please tell me how to remove/delete the Inactive Phone Load from the Phone ?

You can't, for phones with dual bank this is similar to the active/inactive partitions for CUCM

Hi Jaime, Thanks for the reply.
So I have a query then. Whenever the phone gets rebooted it takes the inactive load and phones will remain in the unregistered state. Then when pressing * while reboot, it comes with the active load and gets registered.
So could you please guide me how to overcome this problem ?
