Cisco IP Phone Address Book Synchronizer

When I try to synchronize the "Personal Directory" with my Outlook Address Book, the application shows a message of "User has not been validated".

The user ID and passwords are corrects.

What version of CM ?

Make sure you can log on to ccmuser page with that username/password. I have seen this problem with CM 3.1.3(a).

Yes, I can log on with that username and password to the CCMUser. My version of CM is 3.1.3(a) too.
