Hi
Cisco jabber on laptop is working fine. When tried installing jabber on iOS popping invalid username and password issue.
Tried rechecking everything twice, nothing looked suspicious.

Which version of CUCM and Jabber are you using?
Did you correctly defined TCT phone selecting Jabber for IoS model and associated to the right user?

yes the TCT is configured properly.

Is your collaboration domain a .local domain?
Did you add all CTI (also secure) permission to the end user.
A PRT file would be very usefull to dig more into this issue.

Hi there
As @Carlo Poggiarelli has pointed out, kindly ensure that you have phone configuration with TCT as the prefix, similar to CSF for Windows devices, and ensure that the user is assigned to the TCT phone. Additionally, please review if there is any user profile configured to restrict mobile device logins.
Navigate to User Management >> User Settings >> User Profile, and check for Mobile and Remote Access Policy.
