Cisco Phone 7941,7942,7962,7975 and CIPC Timezone problem

Hi,

i have a time-zone problem with my CP 7941, 7942, 7962, 7975 and CIPC.

This CP series has +1hour, it's abnormal.

I need to correct this problem in my network.

I remark that, the xml file of this series has date time settings in GMT time by default:

dateTimeSetting>
<dateTemplate>D/M/YA</dateTemplate>
<timeZone>Greenwich Standard Time</timeZone>
</dateTimeSetting>

Please, how to correct this problem?

PS: I'm in Africa who is not in the timezone inside telephony-service.

What is your timezone? Does it observe summer time, and does your summertime coincide with any other time zones?

Hi Aaron,

our timezone is WAT +60(1hour).

The problem is that, by default all this cisco phone series take GMT time.

How to correct it?
